Aviator SmokeHouse features smoked wings…that are deep fried to order, homemade onion rings, smoked pork pulled and chopped Eastern NC style! They have St. Louis style smoke ribs that can be served dry-rubbed or with any of our house made sauces. All their food is made in house. We strive to source all of our vegetables locally and all their pork comes from North Carolina. They strive to be farm to table. Be wary of their wing sauces they can be much spicier than others. Their MocoLoco sauce is made with the Ghost Chile Pepper which contains approximately 1million Scoville units of heat! Their other sauces Crazy, Monster, Buffalo, BlackMamba and Aviator are all created in house using beer!
