Experience Urban Farming – Raleigh City Farm Tour

  • Address: 800 N. Blount St., Raleigh, NC 27604

About

If you’re hankering for a farm tour, we would love to book a private tour of the farm for you. Visitors will be led by an experienced staff member or volunteer to explore all of the gardens, production areas, and buildings. Explore the clever and innovative ways that Raleigh City Farm uses a little bit of space to grow a lot of produce and make an even bigger impact.

These were the words that planted the seed we now recognize as Raleigh City Farm. From the birth of the urban community farm idea in 2010, to when it came time to dig Raleigh City Farm’s first rows in March 2012, the local community raised $25,000 in hand from initial donations and RCF broke ground and has never stopped growing. The project is now a decade old, has been well tended by countless volunteer and team members, and has been exploring community space, social enterprise, serving people, and learning about farming ever since!

Price starts at $50 per tour with a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 24 people.
