Peyote (Opens May 14)

Peyote is a casual, seven-seat walk-up bar offering beer, wine and a small menu of craft cocktails. Carrying on the tradition at Gallo Pelón, Peyote has an extensive selection of agave spirits, which star in such craft cocktails as their version of an Old Fashioned, Paloma and a Mezcal Mule. While the bar will serve those dining at Mala Pata, it also stands on its own; patrons can enjoy a drink without having to go into the restaurant. Peyote eventually will add an expanded drinks menu and late-night food menu.
