We make all our ice cream in shop from scratch, which means we do not buy a bagged base and mix in our flavors. We purchase all our produce and dairy from local farms. Our dairy comes from Homeland Creamery in Julian NC, we also grow our own herbs. We have 10 rotating taps that include beers made right here in North Carolina. You can either enjoy an ice cream, a beer or be adventurous and try them together as a beer float!
