We really missed meetings here in the Raleigh area.

We missed seeing you catch up with the colleagues that you see only once a year at your annual conference. We missed the low hum of conversation in the hallways and lobbies of the Raleigh Convention Center and at our hotels.

We missed watching you spill out of the convention center at lunchtime to take over downtown Raleigh restaurants. We missed seeing your matching name tags and your banners and shuttles picking up and dropping off...we missed it all.

Now we're thrilled to be hosting meetings and conventions again. Raleigh, N.C.'s major venues, including the GBAC STAR™-accredited Raleigh Convention Center, hotels, world-class dining and stellar attractions are ready for you and your group to return. We are eager to welcome you back!

The Raleigh Convention Center campus—also including the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts and Red Hat Amphitheater—was just Global Biorisk Advisory Council^® (GBAC) STAR™ facility accredited, making it the first multi-venue complex in N.C. to achieve the prestigious accreditation. In addition, many area restaurants and hotels have been certified through the statewide Count On Me NC program, which teaches hospitality businesses how to ensure the best and safest practices when serving guests. Unique meeting sites and event service suppliers have also been certified in the program.
