"Customer Care for the Hospitality Industry" Classes

Our mission is to make Wake County the most hospitable county in the world! To help us reach that goal, we offer quarterly classes called Customer Care for the Hospitality Industry.

COURSE CONTENT:

This is a hands-on, interactive class that offers practical tips and techniques in customer service. Participants will share ideas and stories with their peers and gain insight from a diverse group of industry professionals.

EXAMPLES OF COURSE COMPONENTS INCLUDE:

Outstanding Service, Working as Part of a Team, Guest Challenges and Telephone Techniques. Your trainer will be Jane Ann Broden, instructor for Hotel/Restaurant Management, Wake Technical Community College.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

Hourly associates who will benefit directly from the training, key associates who serve as role models for their businesses or supervisors and managers who will take the class as a "train the trainer" opportunity.

MORE INFORMAITON:

This course is sponsored by the Greater Raleigh Community Hospitality Partnership (GRCHP). The GRCHP is a collective group of the area's hotels, restaurants, visitor attractions and hospitality service providers working together with GRCVB, Wake Technical Community College and the N.C. Restaurant and Lodging Association. This partnership is focused on developing means to establish Raleigh and Wake County as a destination known for great customer service. Custom designed classes may be created at the request of the owner or manager and offered onsite at your business!
