This July, the 3rd Cross Currents Chamber Music Arts Festival will bring greater Raleigh 10 days of concerts, master classes, open rehearsals and public events. Comprised of the talents of musicians like Gavriel Lipkind, Pierre Anckaert Quintet, Brussels Chamber Orchestra and members from the North Carolina Symphony, this arts festival definitely doesn’t have a shortage of talent.
The events last from July 2nd to 11th and will be hosted in Raleigh and Cary. On July 3rd there will even be an event specifically for the kids at Marbles Kids Museum, where families can introduce their children to the beauty of classical music. Also be sure to catch performances at venues such as Sertoma Amphitheatre, Page-Walker Arts & History Center and Burning Coal Theatre, to name a few.
Delve into the wonderful world of jazz and classical-inspired music during this week of artistic celebration. Tickets vary by performance and can be found here. This festival brings enjoyable music to the ears of people of all ages and is a great way to spend a day or two in harmony with friends and family.
