If you’ve got a passion for art and like to create it yourself, then you’ll love the 11th Annual Art of the Carolinas exhibition. It doesn’t matter if you’re a collector, aspiring artist or seasoned professional, because with more than 100 workshops in every artistic medium you can think of, you’re bound to find what you’re interested in.
Sign up for a drawing workshop to get back to the basics, then move on to learn the intricacies of mixing water-soluble oils or how to make our art come to life with pastels. There are dozens of world-renowned instructors leading these workshops, and many of them are based in the beautiful Carolinas.
In addition to these workshops, you’ll find the trade show itself with more than 30,000 square feet of art materials for bargain prices you’ll be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. If there was ever a time to adopt that art hobby you’ve been meaning to try, this is it.
Art of the Carolinas takes place Nov. 10th - 13th at the Hilton North Town/Raleigh, and it has free admission and parking. To sign up for workshops, visit this site. There’s never been a better time to explore your inner Creative Genius.
