“Can’t-Miss” April Beer Celebrations

There's so much going on in the Raleigh area for Beer Month. There's something happening every day of the week. You can check the beer month events calendar to stay in the loop with events from big festivals to beer dinners.
Here's a list of five festivals you just can't miss. Make plans now.
World
Beer Festival Raleigh
Taste more than 250 craft brews from around the world with
this signature event from All About Beer
magazine. This festival offers you the chance to explore local breweries all in
one place. The special N.C. Beer Garden will showcase 30-plus N.C. breweries and 50 N.C. brews. This is a ticketed event, starting at $50 for
General Admission and $100 for VIP access. Two tasting sessions (afternoon and
evening) will be held on Sat., Apr. 11, in Moore Square. Learn more
Live and Local: Earth Day on Hillsborough St. 2015 with Raleigh Brewing Company
Live It Up! Hillsborough Street and Raleigh
Brewing Company will host the third annual Hillsborough St. Earth Day Music Fest on Sat., Apr. 11, 2015. This free, family-friendly, event will run from
2-9pm. Learn more
North Carolina 'Cuegrass Festival
BBQ, N.C. brews and bluegrass will all be in one place on
Sat., Apr. 18, noon-6pm in downtown Raleigh's Warehouse District. This event, founded by The Pit,
costs $5 for admission. All sales support the Junior League of Raleigh's
Backpack Buddies program. Learn more
Brew
‘n' Choo
This special event at the North Carolina Railroad Museum and New Hope Valley Railway will showcase Brüeprint
Brewing Company beers and feature scenic, 40-minute train rides
between 4-7pm on Sat., Apr. 25. There will be food trucks, a bonfire and
plenty of bluegrass on-site where the train departs. Everyone must have a train
ticket for admittance. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for children. Learn more
Brewgaloo
This Raleigh signature event is a "can't miss" for sampling N.C. beer and includes brews from
most Raleigh area breweries. Close to 75 breweries, 50 food trucks and live music will be on-site. This outdoor event in downtown Raleigh
is a highlight for the spring season. Brewgaloo will be held on Sat., Apr. 25, 2-10pm on Fayetteville St. Learn more
