Mother's Day is right around the corner! The Saleh brothers of the popular Neomonde restaurants will celebrate this special holiday in a unique way. On May 11, Neomonde’s Strickland Rd. location will be renamed to Sassool, in honor of their mother, Cecilia. They will also host a grand re-opening party this summer for Cecilia's birthday.

Sassool
Sassool is a childhood nickname given to Cecilia by her father when she lived in Lebanon when she was a little girl. Cecilia's love for food and traditional Lebanese recipes inspired the Salehs to go into the restaurant and bakery business in the 1970’s after they immigrated to America.

CeciliaThe fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant will continue to serve the same menu that customers have come to love since Mounir Saleh opened Neomonde’s Strickland Rd. location in North Raleigh more than two years ago. Sassool will also offer new daily specials in honor of Cecilia’s culinary creativity. The restaurant will be open daily from 10am to 9pm.
