You’ve already watched your children laugh and learn from the classic Sesame Street characters on television and probably grown to love them yourself.  From Elmo’s ticklish laughs and the Cookie Monster’s constant hunt for a cookie, Sesame Street is as endearing as it is enriching. From the television to the stage, Sesame Street Live: Elmo’s Green Thumb is visiting Raleigh’s very own RBC Center June 3rd to 6th, and you won’t want to let your children miss it.

This musical Broadway-quality production tells the story of Elmo and his friends’ adventure while trying to replant Elmo’s sunflower, Sunny.  In the process, Abby Cadabby, Sesame Street’s fairy-in-training, casts a spell to make Sunny grow, which ends up making Elmo and his friends shrink.  As they grow smaller, the group learns many timeless lessons in addition to appreciating the role that organisms play in the ecosystem. This original Sesame Street Live production has a fun new point of view that all ages will enjoy.
