State Fair at the State Fairgrounds in Raleigh has brought entertainment, rides, food and joy to North Carolinians 143 times, and now it’s back and better than ever. With an extensive array of concerts, exhibits, competitions and more, it’s a guarantee that this popular state fair has something for everyone.
The inevitable stars of the state fair are the stomach-flipping rides and the delicious fried foods you’ll find on every corner. This year there are a few new rides to enjoy, including the pirate themed Ship’s Ahoy, the junkyard favorite Monster Trucks and one of only two Fighter rides in the whole world.
