If you’ve flown into RDU International Airport before, you may be aware that while conveniently located in Wake County, there are a few miles to travel before reaching downtown Raleigh, downtown Cary and other parts of Greater Raleigh.
Some prefer to take cabs, others utilize the many car services and some are even lucky enough to hitch a ride from a friend. If you’re on a budget yet looking to make a smooth and quick transition to a destination in Raleigh, you should catch a ride from the Triangle Transit Route 100.
This convenient bus route runs Monday through Saturday and has stops in central popular locations throughout the Raleigh area. If you’re heading to N.C. State, get off at the Hillsborough St. and Brooks Ave. stop, or if you’ve got a meeting downtown, stick around until you get to Moore Square Station.
