There's something brewing on White St. in Wake Forest. Head on over to the beautiful taproom at White Street Brewing Company and see the entire brewing operation led by head brewer Chris Bivins (pictured below). Located in historic downtown Wake Forest, White Street Brewing Company is a small, locally owned independent manufacturer of craft beer. From tours and t-shirts to dart leagues and other special events, there's something for everyone at White Street Brewing Company Plus, you can enjoy the brewery's flavorful handcrafted ales and lagers in restaurants and bars throughout Greater Raleigh.
While at the taproom in Wake Forest, make sure you pick up a growler of beer or apparel. White Street Brewing Company's gifts are great for a beer-lover this holiday season. Of course, you'll have to sample a few of their craft beers on tap. White Street Brewing Company currently has some limited release Belgian beers. Plus, you'll find their standard beers like the White Street Scottish Ale and White Street Kolsch-style Ale.
White Street Brewing Company is also all about giving back this holiday season. The Jingle Ball is this evening in downtown Raleigh. Join White Street Brewing Co. at Marbles Kids Museum for a night of food, drinks and fun while helping to brighten the holidays for Wake County children in need. Guests are asked to bring an unwrapped toy for a child (newborn to age 12) valued at $20 or a $30 donation by cash or check.
Some other holiday happenings with White Street Brewing Company includes events at Tyler's Taproom in Apex and downtown Raleigh. The brewery is partnering with both Tyler's Taprooms to collect toys for children in need this holiday season. Bring a toy to either location from Dec. 16 to Dec. 20 and you'll receive a free pint of White Street. Head out with toys on Mon., Dec. 16 to the Apex location or Fri., Dec. 20 to the special tap of White Street Brewing Company's Gingerbread Stout.
