Chatham Hill Winery was established in 1999 — the fourteenth winery in North Carolina & the first winery in the Triangle. Our mission is to produce distinctive, clean, handcrafted wines.
“At Chatham Hill, we believe in a minimalist approach. Our wines are produced using traditional methods. We simply assist nature in the alchemy of turning grapes into wine. We use the highest quality ingredients, alongside meticulously sterilized equipment & a heaping dosing of love & labor. ”
We emphasize a combination of scientific and holistic approaches to cultivate prime conditions under which the grapes can ferment. The wines are aged, blended, and bottled in-house. We believe the symbiotic relationship of experience and mentality yields premium, clean wines — a goal to which we are passionately committed.
