About
The Holiday Unwind. December has a way of filling every available space on the calendar. This evening is a little space for you.
Join me at Studio 1104 for a fun vinyasa-style yoga class, a few restorative poses, guided relaxation, and a little reflection on what you want more of this holiday season, and what you could happily do without. We’ll finish with warm tea. No yoga experience needed.
