About
After spending most of our lives in Lithuania, a country with less than 3 million people, we decided to share our culture with the rest of the world, especially Raleigh, a city that's full of diversity. Baltic Bites began its journey a little over a year and a half ago in the Triangle, with the expectation of breaking the norm and big hopes to expand. Owner/Chef Dana Senfeldiene, partners with Kent Lehman and Ginter Senfeldas - striving to share quality authentic and European cuisine that can be mistaken for American comfort food. A year and a half later, Baltic Bites remains the first and only Lithuanian food truck in the U.S - It just doesn't get more diverse than that.
