Bass Lake Park is open year-round from 8am-sunset and offers a visitor’s and environmental education center, conference room, deck, floating dock, free bank fishing, hiking trail and a wildlife observation platform. Facilities are available to be rented out as are canoes and jon boats to those ages 16 years and up. Bass Lake is proud to be an N.C. Environmental Education Center and features an extensive nature library with books and resources for all ages. Events and programs are held on a regular basis for people of all ages.
