The first of its kind indoor recreation center, is 9,600 square-feet and features an indoor play area, a rock climbing wall, a dance/fitness studio along with meeting rooms and classrooms. The center is open Monday through Friday from 9am-7pm and Saturday from 9am-3pm. This is the first time the city has placed a recreation center in a shopping center. The vision for this space was to offer a wide variety of recreational programs for the neighboring community. The center features indoor playground elements, a dance/fitness studio and two classrooms. The center offers a wide variety of opportunities in the education, fitness arts and social programs geared towards meeting the needs of the community. Classes and activities are offered year-round and are flexible depending on interests. A sample of offerings may include Yoga or Tai Chi, Beginner Tap or Ballroom Dance, Photography or Drawing, First Aid or Basic Spanish.
