The Sugg Farm parkland is open for special events. The Town's annual Spring Fling, July 5th celebration and HollyFest are held on the property. The property features several structures, including a horse stable and the previous owner's home. The land also provides connectivity to Bass Lake Park, an existing parks and recreation facility.
