About
At Longleaf Swine, we’re all about slow smoked meats, good music, and even better company.
What started as a passion for Southern traditions has grown into a gathering place for chef-crafted eats, a top-shelf bourbon list, and the kind of down-home hospitality that keeps folks coming back.
Owner and operator Adam Cunningham grew up in Eastern North Carolina, where wood fired barbecue isn’t just a meal—it’s a way of life. Some of his earliest memories are of watching his grandmother cook with love and care, instilling in him a deep appreciation for time-honored traditions and scratch-made meals. Adam has brought that same heart and heritage to every bite at Longleaf Swine. From our wood-fired smokers to the warm welcome you get when you walk through our doors, Longleaf Swine is built on doing things the right way—the old-school way.
Anchored by the slow burn of our live-fire cooking and the laid-back comfort of our covered patio (ideal for catching the game—Go Pack!), we’ve created a space that feels like an old friend.
We’re more than a restaurant—we’re a community. Whether you’re joining us for a boozy brunch, lunch with coworkers or a lively dinner - kick back, stay a while, and enjoy the kind of food that feeds your soul.
