As a native of Greece, where Mama Voula served as a personal chef to many families, she quickly acquired the skills to bring the finest Mediterranean dinning from her homeland to the Raleigh area. The truck is known for homemade gyros, chicken kabob pitas, homemade baklava and freshly made tzatziki sauce.
