North Carolina State's Method Road Soccer Stadium was the site of the 1988 and '93 Atlantic Coast Conference Tournaments, as well as the 1989 NCAA Women's Soccer Final Four.
The Wolfpack's (former) home field is an excellent facility for players and spectators alike. The beautiful natural-turf playing surface, which measures 75-by-120 yards, is immaculately groomed. The bermuda grass field is clipped to a one-half-inch height, which is conducive to the Pack's fast-paced style of play.
Method Road has seating for 3,000 fans, and the potential exists to expand the seating to as much as 10,000. The stands along both sides of the field are long and narrow to allow fans to sit near the action with good sight lines.
The NC State men's and women's soccer teams now play their home games at NC State Soccer Stadium located at Paul Derr Complex on campus, but will continue to use Method Road as a practice complex.
