Part of the NC State University Housing Department, the Conference and Guest Services office strives to provide affordable and convenient accommodations and services to programs and guests who choose to say on-campus at NC State. Our staff brings over 40 years of combined experience in event management, student affairs, and residential community management. We are eager to help you find the best on-campus options to fulfill your program’s needs.
We provide year-round Guest Housing, available to visitors of NC State departments and short-term guests to the university. During the summer, from mid-May through the end of July, we offer a robust full service summer camp and conference operation, hosting over 11,000 guests each year. The Conference and Guest Services office also provides operational oversight for Coastal Quarters, NC State’s residential community located in Morehead City — a project supporting the work of the Center for Marine Sciences and Technology.
