Born out of the owners' love of craft brews and booze, Raleigh Rum Company has become a very welcome addition to N.C., and it is the result of a lot of hard work. Among the few craft distilleries in N.C., Raleigh Rum Company creates small-batch rums from scratch. Raleigh Rum Company's White Rum is a bold, authentic spirit made with only molasses and brown sugar. Each batch is double-distilled and goes through a round of oak aging in between distillations to help create a smooth and rich flavor. Free tours and tastings offered every Sat. at 2pm.
