Rates & Packages In addition to the rental fee, catering vendors may have food & beverage spend requirements. A 25% rental deposit is required to secure date. 8-Hour Rental Monday – Thursday: $1,500 Friday: $3,000 Saturday: $5,000 Sunday: $2,000 Overlook Restaurant Catering Package Receive 10% off your rental fee AND 5% off your food & beverage when you book the Overlook Restaurant as your event caterer.
