STYLE: Original bricks, timber wood beams and an elegant open concept with garage doors allow for unique event experiences. TRAINE offers both indoor+outdoors areas, a private lounge, completely ADA accessible and ample parking for your next event, photoshoot, presentation, gala, fashion show or a truly stylish wedding. Food Trucks welcome, Bar Services in-house. SPECS: Max capacity is 270 or 200 for a seated event. 4,800 Sq Ft of meeting space. Private lounge includes private bathroom. Wifi included. A/V options available. Preferred Vendor List is flexible for special requests. Tables+Chairs, bistro lights, mobile bar and cleaning fee are included in venue rate.
