Located at the Town of Cary's Thomas Brooks Park, this $11 million facility is the host for USA Baseball's Collegiate, 18U, 15U, 12U and Women's National Team, as well as the 17U and 14U National Team Development Program. The National Training Complex was designed by Heery International, the designer of the Centennial Olympic Stadium, home to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, as well as the track and field events for the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games. Following the Games it was reconfigured for baseball use and became Turner Field, the home of the Atlanta Braves. The National Training Complex features four Major League Baseball standardized fields with a scorer’s box, scoreboard and lighting on all fields. The complex will host a wide variety of selection and training events for USA Baseball, as well as domestic and international baseball games and tournaments, annually.
