A 10-acre animal and child sanctuary where humans can interact with animals and nature. A place to have a birthday party or a bonfire when you turn 50 (or five). A place Boy Scouts can launch a rocket or camp out and get fresh eggs from the barn in the morning. A place to scatter the ashes of your dead pet. A home that celebrates adoption with all adopted children visiting the farm for free. During your visit Farmer Mary can show you, your family or group the barn, introduce the animals, walk the land if you like and you can feed, pet and hold the animals.
Please set up your visit to the farm in advance and don't just drop by. The best way to schedule a visit to Winterpast Farm is to check the posted open dates and hours, which are always updated on most blog posts on the website, Facebook posts at Winterpast Farm or posts at winterpast_farm on Instagram. Then text Farmer Mary at 919.244.1800.
