Yelp is teaming up with City Market to bring you Passport to City Market on Sun., June 1, to Mon., June 30, at City Market. This event is a month-long promotion that highlights local restaurants, retail shops and artists in Raleigh's historic City Market area. Yelp will host small gatherings throughout the month of June to capture the essence of what makes these businesses in City Market so special.

This month-long event kicks off Sun., June 1, with a party including participating City Market restaurants, local breweries and N.C. distilleries. Join Yelp and City Market for a night of fun to celebrate the fact that summer is here. Wear your favorite Hawaiian shirts, hula skirts or whatever it is that makes you think of summer days.

During the party you can enjoy delicious bites from restaurants located in downtown Raleigh including options like Tir na nOg, Woody's At City Market, Battistella's, Vic's Italian Restaurant, Big Ed's City Market Restaurant, Troy Mezze Lounge, Oak City Meatball Shoppe and Cala Vela. Wash all of the delicious food down with options like ice cold beers and cocktails. Aviator Brewing Company, one of Greater Raleigh's breweries, located in Fuquay-Varina, will be pouring.

The best part? The event is free with a $5 donation to Special Spaces of the Triangle. All you have to do is RSVP by May 29 and await an official confirmation email. Hope to see you there!
