Blackbird Books & Coffee carries new books, serves specialty coffee, and hosts small events and workshops in partnership with other local businesses. We love Raleigh and we love the vibrant, creative community that comes with it. Our shop carries fiction, poetry, and even a selection of non-fiction titles with a special focus on female, local, BIPOC, indigenous, and queer authors. Blackbird is a place to not only shop for books and meet with friends, but also as a gathering space for artists to showcase, teach, and learn from one another. Blackbird is independently owned and operated by sister-in-laws turned best friends Hannah and Bre Brunswick.
