The NCAA Division II Baseball Committee has selected Cary, N.C., to be the host city for the 2014 and 2015 championship finals at the USA Baseball National Training Complex.

The 2015 Division II Baseball Championship will mark the seventh consecutive year the event is in Cary, making it the third longest run of any city in the 45-year history of the championship. The 2013 event will be played at the complex May 25-June 1.

"The USA Baseball National Training Complex is just a tremendous facility for us to showcase our championship," said Jim Givens, chair of the Division II Baseball Committee and associate athletic director at Findlay. "The people of Cary and Mount Olive have really embraced this event and allow us to have a wonderful experience for our student-athletes, coaches and fans."

Cary has also been the host city for numerous other NCAA championships, including the Division I Men's Soccer Championship, the Division I Women's Soccer Championship, the Division III Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships and the Division III Men's and Women's Tennis Championships.
