RALEIGH, NC - February 9, 2017 - The Rock ‘n' Roll Raleigh Marathon & ½ Marathon today announced Humana Inc., a leading health and well being company, as the new title partner of the 2017 event. Humana is currently title sponsor of four other Rock ‘n' Roll Marathon Series races, including New Orleans, Dallas, Chicago and San Antonio. The Humana Rock ‘n' Roll Raleigh race events return the weekend of April 1 - 2, 2017.

"Humana is honored to be the title sponsor of the Rock ‘n' Roll Raleigh Marathon & ½ Marathon. We look forward to elevating the race weekend runner experience even more with this partnership."

The marathon and half marathon will start on Fayetteville Street and tour charming neighborhoods and scenic parks, among other attractions. In true Rock ‘n' Roll fashion, participants will be greeted by the sounds of live entertainment, along with spectators and cheerleading teams lining the route to motivate runners to the finish line. Upon finishing outside Red Hat Amphitheater, participants are invited to relax and celebrate with family and friends at the post race Toyota Rock 'n' Roll Concert Series headlined by Cracker.

In 2017, the Humana Rock ‘n' Roll 5K will return allowing participants to once again complete the Remix Challenge.
