The third annual City of Oaks Challenge attracts nearly 200 volleyball teams to compete at the Raleigh Convention Center. Triangle Volleyball Club, host of the tournament, raised money to cover travel expenses for Borinquen Coquí, a team from Puerto Rico. Check out the video coverage from WRAL-TV here.
