2025 Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau (GRCVB) Awards
Call for nominations
You may already be aware of the GRCVB’s annual awards program that recognizes outstanding professional accomplishment by members of the Wake County hospitality community.
We are currently calling for nominations for the following 2025 awards:
The Horizon Award acknowledges management-level employees who demonstrate the skills and professionalism to be leaders in the hospitality industry and active allies in the continued success of the destination.
The Isaac Hunter Excellence in Service Award honors front-line staff in accommodations, attractions, dining or other hospitality businesses for outstanding service to visitors, as well as excellence as representatives of the destination and the other products that enhance visitors’ experience of Raleigh/Wake County.
If you have employees or colleagues who fit either of these categories, who actively introduce visitors to all that our destination has to offer, are conscientious, pleasant to work with and are showing the potential to continue to rise in our industry as leaders that bring success to their organization and to the destination as a whole, please nominate them for one of the awards! Award recognition:
Awards will be presented at the Bureau’s Annual Meeting, Aug. 21, 2025.

GRCVB employees will determine award recipients.
