2018 Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau (GRCVB) Awards
Call for nominations
You may already be aware of the GRCVB’s annual awards program that recognizes outstanding professional accomplishment by members of the Wake County hospitality community.
We are currently calling for nominations for the following 2018 awards:
The Horizon Award acknowledges management-level employees who are demonstrating the skills and professionalism to be future leaders in the hospitality industry.
The Isaac Hunter Excellence in Service Award honors front-line staff for outstanding visitor service in accommodations, attractions, dining or other visitor services.
If you have employees or colleagues who fit either of these categories, who enjoy introducing visitors to what our area has to offer, are conscientious, pleasant to work with, customer-service oriented and bound for success, please nominate them for one of the awards! Just click on the link below and fill out the simple form.
Nominations should include:
- A completed nomination form (access at the links below)
- Letters of endorsement (optional) (can be mailed or faxed)—the more endorsements you can provide, the better.
Mon., June 11, 2018, at 5pm
Awards will be presented at the Bureau’s 31st Annual Meeting luncheon, Aug. 16, 2018.
GRCVB employees will determine award recipients. Judging is based solely on the information submitted. The more backup information, the better to prove that your nominee should win.
