Wish You Were Here | Raleigh, N.C.

We truly miss having visitors around. We miss hearing the “Wow,” the first time someone lays eyes on the three-story globe of the Nature Research Center or the “Yum,” when a diner tries one of our best barbecue spots.

We miss your energy and your inquisitiveness, your questions and your delight. And we are anxious to throw our doors wide open and welcome back big festivals and gatherings when it's safe. In the meantime, there are still many things we can encourage you to do here in the Raleigh area with confidence for your safety.

Count on Me NCMany area restaurants and hotels have been certified through the Count On Me NC program, which teaches hospitality businesses how to ensure the best and safest practices when serving guests.

Attractions, museums and historic sites are now open with limited capacity and safety guidelines in place. Read the latest here!

And the great outdoors are still great. You can still take in miles and miles of greenways, water sports (both energizing and relaxing), the stand-still beauty of nature and a whole lot in between.

Check back here frequently for news and information about openings and other opportunities.

We believe with all our hearts there are great days ahead, and Raleigh, N.C.’s welcome mat is always out for you!
