Dean’s Seafood Grill & Bar is Cary’s home for fresh seafood and oysters. The menu changes weekly with fresh catch options sourced from top-notch providers all over the U.S. and even N.C. You can also enjoy a variety of specialty oysters shucked and served to perfection. Not only can you enjoy delicious seafood, but Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, wants you to be educated on the fish you are eating. The menu includes information about where the fish came from, what kind of flavor it has and other interesting facts. If you’re really curious, some of the fish arrives at the restaurant with the name of the fisherman and boat along with the ocean coordinates explaining where the fish was caught. Talk about fresh!
