GRCVB's Destination Services Department invites Wake County partners to attend the second annual Event Service Provider & Venue Summit on Wed., June 25, 1-4pm, at Pin Point Indoor Pickleball & Golf. This meeting aims to bring venues and event service providers together to discuss challenges specific to this industry, as well as network and learn how best to interact and collaborate. 

Who can attend?
Wake County-based event service providers (caterers, florists, photographers, entertainers etc.) and meeting venues can register for the afternoon summit. We'd love for meeting hotels and major meeting venues to join us, as well as representatives from unique meeting sites, such as museums, restaurants and breweries, entertainment venues and more (in other words, if you have a unique meeting site listing on visitRaleigh.com, we'd love to see you!).

What's the cost to register?
Registration is free for all Wake County partners.

What's on the agenda?
The agenda for the summit will include:

  • a welcome and introduction from GRCVB director of destination services Tammy Jeffries, CGSP®;
  • a panel featuring diverse industry partners from various segments as they delve into real-world challenges, limitations and best practices, helping you "pin down" the essentials for success;
  • professional networking;
  • and closing remarks and a site tour of Pin Point Indoor Pickleball & Golf.
