Time is running out to get involved in one of our most targeted and highly-used advertising opportunities each year. GRCVB's Official Visitors Guide to Raleigh, Cary and Wake County is circulated as an inspirational handbook to prospective and confirmed travelers to our destination. Partners now have until Oct. 4, 2024, to submit for advertising in our next official guide, slated for release in Feb. 2025.
On top of distributing guides to individuals by request, arriving groups, tour operators and even event planners interested in visiting Raleigh and Wake County, we stock each of N.C.'s official Welcome Centers, the official Raleigh, N.C., Visitor Information Center in downtown Raleigh and other visitor desks statewide throughout the year. You can also find our guides shared in area hotels and other accommodations, museums and attractions, shopping centers and at RDU International Airport. In total, we disperse some 80,000 visitor guides each year.
Also upon publication in February next year, digital copies of the guide will be emailed to 45,000 visitRaleigh the E-magazine subscribers, with partner ads linking directly to advertisers' websites.
Whether it's traditional sightseeing or new developments of interest for our target audiences, the Official Visitors Guide covers arts, culinary, music, major annual events, outdoor recreation, sports, local shopping and much more throughout all 12 municipalities in Wake County.
If you are interested in advertising within the next Visitors Guide, see GRCVB's 2024-2025 Official Media Kit for details, or contact vice president of business development John Balhouse and regional advertising manager Casey Hough with custom publisher Compass Media today.
