Origin Raleigh has opened their doors in downtown Raleigh, steps away from Trophy Brewing Company, Morgan Street Food Hall and other acclaimed Raleigh hangouts. Designed with an active and locally-inspired lifestyle in mind, the boutique hotel is just the Origin brand's third to open in the U.S.

Update, April 2022: Origin Hotel now goes by the name of Hotel 83.

Downtown Raleigh's newest unique hotel offering, Origin Raleigh is an incredibly-stylish and modern full-service property that not only provides top-notch amenities and a must-try restaurant, but also goes the extra mile to connect you to the City of Oaks' vibrancy. With a prime location in downtown's Warehouse District and Glenwood South, countless amazing experiences await you as soon as you step outside the hotel doors.

The property joins The Longleaf Hotel and Guest House Raleigh as recently-opened independent and boutique hotels in downtown Raleigh.

Central to the Origin’s mission is the desire to connect guests to the essential spirit of the city. One of the many things that makes the Origin unique is their savvy “Do List”—a handcrafted, battle-tested and inspired guide of things to do, places to eat and stuff to see that you'll receive upon check-in. Through partnerships with local brewers, distillers, coffee roasters and farmers, Origin works hard to give guests a true taste of the area.

The restaurant

Plan dinner at Origin’s on-site restaurant, Good Day Good Night, to cap off an amazing day of fun and adventure in and around the hotel. The restaurant, led by 30-year veteran and Johnson & Wales grad Stephen Alsop, features a plant-forward and thoughtfully-sourced menu which allows incredible flavors to shine through. Check out their DIRT LIST, featuring the freshest ingredients to come through their doors that day. Want to add some meat to your meal? No problem—they’ve got you covered with locally-sourced proteins perfectly prepared to your liking. The scratch bar is fully stocked with regional craft beers, natural wines and premium spirits. They’ll mix up your favorite classic cocktail, or you can try one of their playful signature drinks.

Note: Restaurant hours and dine-in service are subject to change due to COVID-19. The restaurant currently has you covered all day long with Grab-N-Go service for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the bar and dining room are currently open daily, 2-8pm.
